Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
Product received is damaged or defective.
Wrong item delivered.
Package tampered or leaked during transit.
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or partially used honey jars, unless they are defective or damaged.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for damaged or defective products.
In case the same product is unavailable, you may request a refund or choose an alternative product.
Return Shipping
If the product is damaged/defective/wrong, we will provide a free return shipping label.
If the product is being returned for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
